The Tri-Unity Challenge is a tri-community initiative to increase physical activity and health in the communities of Arborfield, Carrot River, and Zenon Park. It consists of a half-marathon walk, run or jog.

Participants have the option of walking/running/jogging a 3K, 5K, 10K, or 21K. Big Bert is very excited to announce some of the details for the 2013 Tri-Unity Challenge. We encourage serious marathon runners as well as not-so-serious runners, joggers, or walkers to join in the fun!!

In 2009, the Tri-Unity Challenge brought participants from all across Saskatchewan, Alberta and as far away as California! This year, we hope we have given you sufficient time to plan your vacation time around our walk so that you can join us too!!.

If you are curious to learn more about the Park where the Tri-Unity Challenge will start, stop in at the Pasquia Park website to learn a bit more. Feel free to bring your entire family to cheer you along. While they are waiting for you to finish, they can check out the many activities located within in the Pasquia Park.

All routes share much of the same course, which is great for entertainment and family spectator support. If you are visiting northeastern Saskatchewan for the first time, you will be pleased to notice how friendly and accommodating everyone is.

Start your training now - we would love to have you be part of the Fourth Annual Tri-Unity Challenge!! Watch for registration packages coming out in April or register online here!

“This is a great idea! I love to walk and it's nice to see so many others involved. Thanks to all the organizers and volunteers. Keep up the good work.”
